Private owners sold the 22-unit Walnut Street Apartments at 911 N. Walnut St. in La Habra, CA to a family trust for $5.2 million, or about $236,000 per unit. 



The 19,903-square-foot multifamily property was 100 percent occupied at closing, with rents considered to be under market.
