Qualified candidates will work exclusively with Senior Executives during their training and mentorship period. Implement investment strategies based on determining client motivations and needs then tailoring solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Networking, marketing, and relationship building; identify and canvass property owners and investors through a variety of approaches. Utilize and maintain group contact database information, generate new business by arranging meetings to pursue the purchase and sale of apartment buildings or supply clients with relevant and timely research that relates to their investment goals.

Review and Analyze Apartment Property Operating data, legal documents, and other materials as part of the transaction process. Perform complex financial analysis; including cash flow analysis, property valuation, financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.

Applicant must be able to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other industry professionals; both in written and verbal forms. JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Conducting market rental surveys
  • Research and compilation of property sales and comparables
  • Tracking of on-market listings, properties in escrow and properties for auction
  • Tracking property status changes
  • Verifying the financials and property details of on-market properties and properties that have sold within Orange County, Los Angeles County, and San Diego County
  • Researching and compiling the information needed for marketing packages, including: financials, property features, property amenities, photos, etc.
  • Broadcasting daily alerts to our brokers/agents, informing them of property status changes, market fluctuations, etc.
  • Apprising brokers/agents of new investment opportunities as they hit the market
  • Researching owner information, mortgage information and property history
  • Training research assistants and interns
  • Administrative tasks for experienced agents

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Be proficient with basic computer skills and internet research
  • Have and maintain reliable transportation
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to independently prioritize workload

The position has the potential of transitioning into a Multi-Family Investment Agent position with a DRE license.
