Networking, marketing, and relationship building; identify and canvass property owners and investors through a variety of approaches. Utilize and maintain group contact database information, generate new business by arranging meetings to pursue the purchase and sale of apartment buildings or supply clients with relevant and timely research that relates to their investment goals.
Review and Analyze Apartment Property Operating data, legal documents, and other materials as part of the transaction process. Perform complex financial analysis; including cash flow analysis, property valuation, financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Researching and compiling the information needed for marketing packages, including: financials, property features, property amenities, photos, etc.
- Broadcasting daily alerts to our brokers/agents, informing them of property status changes, market fluctuations, etc.
