Trenton joins Triqor Group from the buy side. As an acquisitions analyst at a private equity firm, he underwrote over $100 million in multifamily assets, building a detailed command of pricing, cap rate movement, and rent performance at the neighborhood level. He brought that discipline to Triqor as a market analyst, producing the financial and marketing materials behind the team’s multifamily listings and analyzing how microeconomic and macroeconomic conditions shape pricing, before transitioning into an advisory role.
As a member of Triqor Group’s apartment brokerage team, Trenton advises owners on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. He helps owners determine when to hold, when to reposition, and when to sell. He is committed to maximizing value for each client, creating wealth through 1031 exchanges, and maintaining a lasting relationship with every owner he represents.
Trenton was raised in Orange County and graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in economics. He resides in Dana Point. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with friends and family.
