Jennifer brings over a decade of real estate experience to her role at Triqor, where she plays a pivotal part in the firm’s operations and deal execution. She began her career at Triqor Group by helping expand the company’s presence into new submarkets, while building a strong foundation in the multifamily apartment market.
Now serving as Director of Operations, Jennifer oversees the full lifecycle of transactions to ensure a seamless close of escrow. She is highly skilled in navigating the complexities of the escrow process and working with all parties to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. Jennifer is also deeply involved in structuring 1031 tax-deferred exchanges and works closely with agents to guide them through each stage of their deals.
Over the course of her career, she has helped facilitate and close over $1 billion in real estate transactions, providing hands-on support that empowers agents and strengthens client relationships.
She holds a B.A. in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, tennis, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
