Jared Feldman is a skilled negotiator with over 15 years of business experience. Specializing in the marketing and sales of multifamily in Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Orange County. In addition, Feldman, has successfully orchestrated the purchase of numerous single tenant triple net properties across the United States. In doing so, he has provided many long-time owners an alternative to apartment ownership by identifying deals that can offer increased cash flow while reducing cumbersome management responsibilities.
Feldman joined the Triqor Group in 2022 after successful campaigns with CBRE and Marcus and Millichap. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Feldman worked at his father’s law firm while obtaining his bachelor’s in science which led to training professional athletes at a performance enhancement center. In his free time, Feldman enjoys teaching Brazilian Jitsu Jiu at his academy as one of the distinguished black belts.
