Mike McKinney has joined Investment Property Group as a regional vice president.

Based in the firm’s Torrance, CA office, McKinney will be responsible for dispositions, acquisitions, and facilitating 1031 exchanges for clients in South Los Angeles County.

McKinney was previously at Berkadia for six years as a senior director, and before that spent most of his career at CBRE where he has an extensive transaction history throughout the South Bay area.
