Gustavo brings a background in multifamily investment sales and has been involved in over $700 million in transactions across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. His experience underwriting, marketing, and advising on apartment transactions has given him a strong understanding of local market fundamentals, buyer activity, and value creation strategies.
As a member of Triqor Group’s premier apartment brokerage team, Gustavo assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. He focuses on maximizing value for property owners, helping investors identify opportunities, and guiding clients through strategic transactions, including 1031 exchanges. Gustavo is committed to a relationship-driven approach built on market knowledge, consistent communication, and long-term client success.
Gustavo graduated from Chapman University, is fluent in Spanish, and resides in Newport Beach, CA. In his free time, he enjoys sports and fitness, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
