60 Units Just Closed by Gary Tolfa in Costa Mesa!

Triqor Group, an apartment advisory and brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, California, with offices in Seal Beach and in Carlsbad, just closed a 60-Unit Apartment Complex in Costa Mesa, California at a price of $22,800,000.

Apex Apartment Homes consists of a majority two-bedroom unit mix with a large vibrant interior courtyard, clubhouse and pool.

Gary Tolfa of Triqor Group was the seller’s agent in the transaction representing Interstate Equities Group out of Los Altos, California.  The Buyer was the Guichet Family Trust represented by Eric Guichet a long time Orange County broker and investor.  The buyer plans to spend significant dollars in order to continue the repositioning of the asset for a long-term hold.

Since the start of 2021, Triqor Group has been highly active selling approximately $200 million worth of apartment transactions keeping a dominate footprint within the multifamily investment market in Southern California.
