Chris Keramati Closes $60 Million Property Portfolio in Southern California

Managing Partner, Chris Keramati of Triqor Group, an apartment advisory, and brokerage firm based in Newport Beach, CA, closed a 200-unit, $60M apartment investment portfolio spanning from Orange to Los Angeles Counties. All five apartment communities were well-maintained and professionally managed ‘pride-of-ownership’ assets.

Keramati represented both sides of each transaction while breaking multiple impressive records: highest price per square foot in Buena Park since 2018 (Buena Casa, $424), largest apartment community sold in 2021 in Whittier (Rancho La Mirada, 53-Units), largest apartment community sold in the 90068-zip code (Hollywood Hills) since 2018 (Beachwood Plaza, 45-Units) .

By generating multiple strong offers, Keramati sold two of the properties over the asking price and effectively, sold the portfolio within 99.9% of the total combined list price. All sales included a short due diligence and favorable terms for the seller. Buyers ranged from in-house 1031-exchange clients to dormant investors who have been inactive for nearly 5-years.

Chris Keramati and Triqor Group continue to establish their market dominance within the multifamily investment market in Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
