The property was developed and constructed in 1990 by the Seller and was listed for the first time by Chris Keramati of Triqor Group. With its expansive units and condo-like amenities, the property attracted several buyers during the initial marketing term. Representing both buyer and seller, Managing Partner, Chris Keramati negotiated strong terms for the Seller and was able to achieve a final price within 2% of list price. The Buyer was pleased to add a rare Cypress acquisition to their growing Southern California multifamily portfolio.
