  • The Embers – is a 58-unit, well-maintained community in highly desirable North Downey, in close proximity to Downey Landing and the newly developed Promenade at Downey. Built in 1962, the property offers a great mix of mostly large 2-bedroom units. Chris Keramati was able to secure a buyer willing to accommodate the seller’s 1031 exchange timetable.
  • Madison Apartments – is a late 60’s constructed, 37-unit community in Paramount, CA. For the first time on the market in 40 years, Chris Keramati was able to assist the sellers in receiving multiple competitive offers and secure a buyer willing to close quickly.
  • Emerald Crest / Maria Capri – is a 32-unit portfolio in Paramount, CA. The properties are virtually identical with each consisting of 16-units and majority 2-bedroom units. The buildings are conveniently located on the same street just a few parcels away from each other. Chris Keramati was able to find a buyer to purchase both properties and close escrow simultaneously.
  • Belshire Apartments – is a 19-unit property in Norwalk, CA, built in 1987. The property offers large two- and three-bedroom two-story townhouse units with attached two car garages. Chris Keramati was able to generate multiple offers and close escrow within 1% of the list price.
