The Westmont Apartments is a 62-unit, well-maintained, institutional quality asset in the heart of Orange County.  The property was owned by the same partnership for over 40 years.  Managing Partners Chris Keramati and Gary Tolfa were able to generate multiple competitive offers from both private and institutional investors within six weeks of commencing the marketing.

The Lucera Apartments is a late 80’s constructed, 48-unit apartment complex, located just blocks from Disneyland Resort. Lucera is a well-maintained gated community, consisting of mostly two-bedroom units. Chris Keramati was able to assist the seller in receiving multiple competitive offers very close to listing price, while assisting them in identifying an upleg to execute a 1031-exchange.
