Triqor Group has announced the sale of Harbor Cliff Apartments, a desirable 130-unit property in the city of Anaheim at 2170 S. Harbor Blvd. Managing Partner, Chris Keramati represented both buyer and seller in the transaction.  The property was sold to a private investor for $34,000,000.  In addition to price, Chris negotiated a short due diligence and quick close of escrow.

Harbor Cliff Apartments offers a great unit mix with majority large two-bedroom two-bathroom units. Each unit offers spacious kitchens, central AC and heating, private patios or balconies and walk-in closets in select units. Community amenities feature a pool, spa, remodeled fitness center, remodeled laundry room, barbeques, state of the art security cameras, covered parking, and resident business center.
