The Brentwood Apartments is a 41-unit, well-maintained gated community in highly desirable North Downey.  The property consists of a majority two-bedroom units, a large pool, new roof and covered parking.  Managing Partner Chris Keramati and his team were able to generate multiple competitive offers and secure a buyer willing to close quickly in order to accomodate the seller’s 1031 exchange timetable.

The Lakewood Apartments is an early 60’s constructed, 37-unit community, conveniently located within walking distance to Downey Landing and Promenade at Downey. After almost 40 years of ownership, Chris Keramati was able to assist the seller in receiving multiple competitive offers.

Heritage Manor & Villas is a 40-unit community built in Whittier, CA during the mid 1980’s. Heritage Manor is made up of 90% two-bedroom units and located adjacent to Candlewood Country Club. Chris Keramati was able to generate multiple offers and close escrow within 3% of list price.

The Somerset Apartments is a 47-unit property in Bellflower, CA, also built in the early 1960’s. Chris Keramati was able to generate double digit offers and closed escrow over list price within three weeks of marketing the asset.
